It's been a while but I recall some people on here having themed cages. I believe somebody had a Spongebob themed cage with Spongebob fleece, a pineapple house, and I think a boat bed? And I've recently seen a neat technique of wood burning to make a Western-themed cage and an underwater/shipwreck cage. I also think somebody may have had a Mario themed cage...

Does anybody else have any neat themed cages they would like to share pictures of? I'm working on getting things together and commissioning some people for a Mario-themed cage myself but would love to see what others have done!

Haha, that western + underwater cage was mine lol. :) If you want I might be able to build you a mario themed house or something. JUst let me know!

My boys' cage matches my room theme. Red and Black. I bought what was left of the red and black fleece, now I can't find anymore to make liners. Oh well

I have a two rotating themes going depending on my mood, especially toward the hubby -

1. Chicago Bears theme -

2. Leopard/Animal print theme -

LOL I know what you mean. My cages are all just a hodge podge. I always feel like such a slouch when I see all these beautiful cages with everything matching and coordinated. :)

I LOVE the leopard print stuff!

I absolutely love those houses you made and the burned wood look made it very nice. You are very talented. I have ideas for a wooden castle house for the Mario cage but I'm not sure how I can make it look like brick. Here's a picture of the castle I'd like to recreate:

Would something like that be possible for you to make?

3chins - I love it! I love that everything is coordinated!

If you wanted me to, I could make it happen. But I am not 100% sure what it would cost me to make it and to ship it. But if you say that you want it for sure, I will definatly make it for you. :) (And I promise you I won't rip you off, lol)

Thanks! It helps when you can get everything in one shop, 99% of the fleece items are from camphorchins.com! I already told Allison that I'm going to need to by stock in her business. :hmm: I'm already getting bored and thinking of getting a new theme....

Wizard of Oz

I am a big Wizard of Oz fan and happened to find fleece. I made tubes and red fleece so far but working on it. This is my first real cage for them because they were previously owned in a urine and whatever coated cage. any ideas?

Oh god! i'm so yealous!
my cage only has some orange fleece and thats it!
(I really need to make some wooden ledges, now the only thing I have is 3 metal ones)

Love the cages 3 chins!! :D

Our cages don't really have a theme either, which is fine with me. I really don't want to do too much to a themed cage until I get a Ferret Nation cage. I really want one and with only two chin babies right now, it works perfectly. I think with a FN cage, it'll be perfect to do themes, especially with football season. My boyfriend loved Florida State University where I love University of Florida, so having one half of the cage for UF and one for FSU would be awesome. :D

I had Gella do me an extended sweet treats set. It has an ice cream hammock, a cupcake tube, a huge doughnut lounger, a filled doughnut pillow (they lean on it). I'll have to take a pic.

My chins cages aren't quite done yet because I've got 6 cages to do but theses are the themes.

Macy's - Tinkerbell & Solid Purple.
Gizmo's - Camo & Bright Orange
Chase's - Spongebob & Lime Green
Shiloh's - Polka dots & Green
Luna & The Twin's - Rubber Duckies w/ yellow hats & Yellow or Navy Blue
MaveRick's - Power Rangers & Red OR Fire Flames & Black OR a car pattern (not sure on his yet)

I'm thinking about finding a new theme for The Trio's cage and haven't picked MaveRick's yet. Thinking about switching the Trio's to maybe a rainbow theme or something along those lines

I don't have themes, but I do have 'color schemes' for each of my girls. Spooky gets reds and Specter gets blues. They used to have some of my early experiments in themed fleece house making, but the boogers ended up chewing on them so now they just have plain old fleece.
