Suitable play pen?

Looking into getting a play pen as its too hard to get the Chins back in once they are out LOL they just love it, but i'm afraid of over stressing them so was looking into this

Does that look okay to use? Would cover the "roof" area to stop them jumping out. Any suggestions?

Not sur but it seem that the distance between the bars would permit a chinchilla to get out. I have a 750gr chin that squeezed thru a 1 1/2 inch x 3 inch hole.

A marshall playpen would be something to go with.

The WARE deluxe playpen is great. It is like a canvas matrerial and it comes with a cover and two doors. It has a washable bottom and it comes with a top. My guys love it and they can't get out no matter how much they try! It can be expensive though, they run around 100 dollars, but i got mine for 80 on sale.

I also have the expansion panels, and the canvas that goes over the top to act as a roof. However, I usually just use the panels to block off the areas in the room I don't want them getting to, like under their cages.

I just got an e-bay one of these for $70 and it's the X-large size and the bottom is completely attached. I am excited for it. It's also 3 ft tall so plenty of room to soar high if they want.

Thanks for the replies everyone but i am from Ireland so i can't really purchase one over there. Have my eye on two here on ebay but waiting to hear back about bar distance.
