Stretching

my chins both stretch like a cat when they wake up from and nap, and it makes a tiny cracking sound, like when you crack your knuckles. is this normal??

Yes, and what about that HUUUUGE yawn they do most of the time, too???!!! I LOVE it!!!

when Rhino does his wake up stretch he points his nose up and squints his eyes closed. makes me think he's saying to himself 'ahhhhh....... that feels darn good!', lol.

My boys are two years old and they just started stretching and yawning. I thought it was weird they suddenly learned how, but it's so cute! I absolutely love it!

Just a FYI, if you see stretching when the chinchilla is awake or it stretches several times in a row or does a stretch and roll, that is a symptom of bloat, a serious digestive condition.

yes that was what i was concerned about, but they onlly do this every other day or so when they wake up. is this ok?
