So last night I was sitting with my chinni and he was full of energy of course.. And he was interacting with me a lot more (which I think is good!)
.. To describe his behavior: he was bouncing from shelf to shelf, running in and out of the cage to come play on my lap.. And kept jumping a lot. While he was doing tis.. He was making really quiet little squeaky noises! Haha it wa cute but I was just wondering if anyone knows why he was doing this? Was he communicating, or telling me to go away, or was he just really happy?

lol lol that's cute . umm i never heard my chins make any other noises than barking or lil noises that sound weired. but i think he may be happy and was over excited to be playing with you. and maybe that was his way of telling you that he was having fun with you... like i said i'm not sure but i don't think he was wanting you to go away .. my chins run away from me that's how i know they don't wanto bother with me .. and they bark

Bessie makes squeaky noises all the time, almost like a peep kind of noise. It almost always means that she wants attention and love and treats. It sounds almost kind of like a guinea pig sound. Is it possible that you could record the sound?
