She will take a while to settle in and become comfortable and be her normal self.

Some of my chins can go days with hardly a peep from them.

On the other hand some of mine can't go more than 2 minutes without making a noise lol.

Let her settle in and see how she goes.
 
I have two girls who didn't make a peep for over 2 weeks that they were at my house :) They peep back and fourth to each other every now and then, but even now, after 2 months of having them I've only heard them bark twice!
 
For the most part, chins are fairly quite creatures unless really scared/nervous or really comfortable. Mine have become more vocal now that there is a baby in the chin room, who himself is vocal, but for the most part they're quiet. Verbally, anyway. Their bouncing around and stuff is a whole different story.
