Snow storm in Richmond

Richmond doesn't receive much snow. But it's snowed twice this winter with over 8 inches. Last March was the first time we pulled out the sled in three years! I decided to walk up to the highway during the snow storm today. This was the view along the way. We have 10 inches here today.

You guys have gotten a few more inches than us so far (we're in Virginia Beach). I used to live in Richmond, and one of the most beautiful snows I ever experienced was there, when I lived in Brandermill. Aaah, everything's prettier in Richmond!

We got about 9 inches down here on the NC/VA line. Most of NC got sleet and ice though, so I guess we were lucky. I'm ready for it to go away though.

We got sleet and ice, with a little snow. I'm jealous of you guys with the snow...I love it!

I just drove across 3/4 of lower Michigan today and most of it had no snow or very little. Not that I miss having to plow everyday but you guys can have it for a change.

The last time I measured was about hours hours ago and we had 7 inches here. Its been snowing off and on all day so I don't know how much there is now
