Anybody have a Silver Surfer wheel on a cage made by QC (especially the "mansion" size cage)? If so, how loud is it - does it shake the cage like when chinchillas go crazy and run laps while bouncing off the cage walls? My chinchillas live ~3 ft from my bed, so I'm not even sure I can put a wheel in their cage. They can't have a wheel with a wood back because my smaller chinchilla (who can fit under doors, ugh) will do everything possible to find a way to gnaw at the wood and the fat princess will try to soak it with pee. Also, I don't like the way Flying Saucers are designed, and I doubt the fat princess will use it - both chinchillas used a crappy plastic wheel with their previous owner, so I know a regular wheel will work. I've given up trying to find a Leo Braun wheel after over a year, and the Silver Surfer seems to be the closest thing to it.

I tried looking for videos on youtube, but I couldn't find any. I can't find images of chinchillas running on those wheels because image searches only bring up the character from the comic/movie. If you have pictures/videos, please link them! I want to see how much running room they provide (I know it's 4", but for ~$100+, I'd like to at least know my fatty can fit comfortably).

FOR THE PEOPLE WITH READING COMPREHENSION ISSUES:
I do not want a Chin Spin, Ed Wheel, or other wheel made with wood pieces. I want to know about the loudness of a Silver Surfer in a QC cage, and if anybody could link images/video of their chinchilla(s) running in one.

Thanks!

I just went through 10 pages of chin / wheel videos on YouTube and didn't find a single Silver Surfer among them. Sorry, I tried!

I only have Chins Spins and a saucer here.

Yeah, I seriously looked through every video on youtube and every possible word combination for an image search. It seems my best bet is to find somebody on this forum who owns one. Thanks anyway :S
