Sick Chin

Hi I have a 4 year old chin and in the last few days she has pulled out her hair from her chest, stomach and back top legs, she also has a odor (not pleasant) about 30 days ago her feet and hands lost their hair so we changed bedding and sleeping box but now it is moving up her body..... Any ideas what to do or what is wrong..... Please help

Is the fur wet? Is the skin red or scaley looking? Is the odor from the mouth or anus? Can you take a picture?
