On the old forum, someone, I think, but I am not sure at all that it might have been haleybobl, posted a recipe they used for shredded beef tacos. It was a couple years ago at least, and darn it, I never wrote it down, but it was a really good recipe.
It used a crock pot, possibly canned tomatoes, and a big piece of beef roast... I know it's a vague description, but it was a long time ago when I made it, and it was so good, and I just thought about it today and wanted to make it, but can't find it online.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about, or have the recipe? :thinking:
