Should i get a new cage

Right now i have this http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2753352 cage, it has wood shelves, and a chin spin, plus lots of toys and other stuff, but i am wondering if i should get a FN 142 for Whiskers, i can afford it but i am only 14 and idk if i should if what i have is fine, im trying to earn $400 this summer and if i do i will buy one for sure but im wondering if i should just get one regardless.

If that has wooden shelves and they aren't chewing on the pan that is fine. I know several people who use those and are happy/ I don't like them but it is all about what works for you and your chinchilla.

The cage you have, if it can fit all you've said, is fine but the FN would be better. It's something that really is your choice. The only thing that worries me about that cage is the plastic bottom...a good way for the chinnie to escape if they decide to chew...

You've replaced the plastic shelves with wood ones and that wire wheel with a chin spin, that cage should be fine for 1 chin. I used to have one similar to that with my old chin, he never chewed the base so it was ok for him. If your chin doesn't chew the plastic then my suggestion is for you to save your extra money for an emergency, god forbid that should happen.

Well i have right now $600 in case anything happens and in a month and a half another $1500 will free up, im only 14 though and need car and gas money when i get one.

That cage is absolutely fine for one chin. If you were to purchase a FN, it would be to spoil yourself, (the larger doors and easier cleaning). Either way, I'm sure Whiskers loves everything you've done to her cage now, so I would wait until you make the extra money.
