Some of you may have read that about 3 days ago my babies finally started sharing their FN with no issues, but since then.. playtimes have just got shorter and shorter.

First of all I thought it was just that they were tired after the first day of being together, with all the excitement.. but tonight, one was out for 10 minutes and the other 25 max..

I'm getting a little worried, could it maybe be that the weather has got hotter than usual for this country? I just don't know :(

It has been a lot warmer than usual but my chinnies usually play for the first half hour and the rest they just chase each other in their tunnel. I just sit on the floor and try to encourage them to play a little bit more but i think they wear each other out when they play together chasing each other even in their cage throughout the night :)

If it's getting warm then your best bet is not to exercise the chins outside of their cages at all. Chins can overheat quickly & (without wishing to frighten you) heat exhaustion can be a killer.
If the temperature is over 20C then leave the chins in their cages - it's not going to hurt them, despite the pouting & filthy looks you will get as a result & it's better to be safe than sorry.
