Separate from mom

The babies are now 14 weeks and one is getting ready to go to her new home next week. Should I separate her from mom now so it isn't a shock when she is alone or leave her with mom until it is time for her to go?

I would go ahead and separate her. It may make the transition to a new home easier.

I always wean at least a week before they leave so I'm sure they are eating and drinking well before they go to a new home.
