I just found out that my cousin's rottie/lab/beagle mix died a few weeks ago. She was very sick and having seizures, so the vet came to the house to put her down. Zoe was the sweetest little girl ever and was a snuggler from the time they adopted her. I remember meeting her for the first time about 14 years ago, she came over and rested her head on my knee and looked at me with her huge brown eyes, just begging to be petted. She was the sweetest thing ever. And cute... the size of a large beagle, but the coloring of a rott.
Her poor little brother Toby (100lb rottie) didn't know what to do with himself, so they have since adopted another rott/lab mix named Lilly. Miss Lilly took over Toby's bed... and now the two sleep together.
