Rebuilding C&C Rabbit Cage- need some input.

Hey guys... I'm rebuilding the C&C rabbit cage. The old one was getting pretty run down and I added a second rabbit so I wanted it bigger.

Anyways, it's constructed, but I'm looking for input for the flooring. I had carpet in the old one but didn't like it... my rabbits are litter trained for the most part but do occasionally go outside their litterbox, so the carpet around the area got pretty nasty.

Whats something that can be easily wiped down and isn't overly expensive? It would also have to be able to be cut, because of the way the cage is constructed.

Would tile work for rabbits?

Maybe... the only problem with tile is that it would have to fit the dimensions of the cage. 14x14 is weird... I found that problem out as I bought tile in 12x12 squares and thought it would fit but then realized the squares were 14x14 when I put them in! I don't know if I could find the right size of tile to fit.

Hmm, good point. Well, you could always see if they could cut some of the tiles in half for you for 1 or 2 sides? Although depending on how long you make the cage, you could still 'even' out.
