question on a crusty mouth on a kit

My kit Oli has crusties and not very much fur. (compared to his bro Pepper) We are worried about his face and the crusties are not dried milk they are kinda like flaky scabs.
Any opions or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!!!!

P.s. The kits are being hand-reared!

No. He is smaller but he beats up on his brother most of the time!

Sometimes during handfeed this will happen...a bit of fur loss and crusties around the mouth. However, it could also be fungus.

The skin will be red and flaky if it is fungus.
