Question if anyone can help

I had Bert castrated last Tuesday by a good vets, he has been tip top and playing nicely with me ever since. But now I think he is a bit demented as he trying to bath himself in his wooden house box. I can't give him a bath until I have seen the vet tomorrow for his check up, also his little man has started to stick out.

Has anyone else had this problem before?
