So I thought about posting this in the recipe section, but i said to myself I can't give away my secret. Now you may be wondering why I am awake at 1:59am. Well I am eating a pulled pork sandwich, why you may ask. Because it is delicious. Let me just give you some insight on what I did. It was a pork shoulder about 14lbs, put it in a brine for two days, then through it in a crock pot with some rub and other items, for 18 hours, until it fell apart. It's like cotton candy. Finally finished at about 1:30am.

Here are some picks so you guys can see what I am talking about. I LOVE MY BBQ!!!

May just give out my recipe!!!lol

So wants to come over for some!!!

It looks delicious. But being from Memphis, a crockpot boston butt hurts my soul. There is nothing like the taste of applewood smoke in your meat.

A friend of ours put her Turkey's in brine and smoked them. We just got a smoker and I envision big fishes in there!
The above looks delish!

yup I am buying me a smoker now that we bought a house, so the crock pot version is the way I had to do it in our apartment....

I crock pot my pork and add serrano peppers and onions untill it all becomes one, good pork fajita mix-sometimes I will fry the pork afterward for carnitas!

That is right up my alley, I just learned that you should re-fry tamales in bacon grease the next day and that makes that so much better....
