Problem with vendor

Has anyone ever had ordering issues with quaility mutation chinchillas .com I have emailed several times abut something I ordered over two weeks ago and haven't received anything back yet . I'm not here to complain just to find out if this has happened to anyone else here ? I'm trying to fix this issue without having to report the problem to PayPal
