please help with my chin spin

My husband threw my directions out and I need to change the berrings..My spin is so loud.. Can anyone please help me with changing the berrings? I called and they aren't online. maybe someone has a scanner and can email them to me..

They pry out (with a flat head screwdriver), and then you put two new ones in and pound them together--like with a rubber mallet. I think I kept my instructions in my file cabinet, but didn't even dig them out when we changed the bearings.
