Hey, what how would you dye wood pink? Is there pink food colouring? I have never seen it. Thanks a lot!

You could use red. Many red food dyes come out as pink unless it's a really concentrated dye but that's pretty doubtful since the stronger the red food dye is the worse it tastes.

Ok, thanks. Its not reealy for the chins anyways. lol. Im making my mom chopsticks for christmas. (she LOVES sushi!) I am going to make them pink, with a black stripe in them. And they will have a polished beeswax finish. :)

Kool - Aid works to -
Use the unsweetened kind, so your Mom doesn't think everything is 'sweeter' though!

I have dyed things pink using red koolaid and diluting it a lot with water. Usually if I want red I put a small amount of water and let it set for awhile, but to make pink i use more water and less time.

Im pretty handy! Its actually not too hard to make them. I am already done them. I just need to add the colour and add the beeswax finish. I will post some pictures when they are done!
