I don't know if this is the right place to put it, but has anyone bought anything from the wood store, Pet Products by nature?
I put in an order about 2-3 weeks ago, sent the money , but haven't heard from them since:hair: ( I live in HK, so maybe overseas shipping could take some time, u think? But previous experiences only took about 2 weeks

)
I'm starting to worry about it... would be really nice if someone could prompt me and make me feel better. Thanks

In answer to your question, yes, tons of us have ordered from PPBN and have had excellent service and wood. I'm assuming it's just taking longer because of where you are located, but if you pm Barbi, I'm sure she would check into it for you.

I have always recieved my wood from PPBN in a very fast time frame. Best bet is to PM Barbi to find out what's going on. I do know that overseas shipping could very well be the issue with how long it is taking.

If you ordered any wood from them, they can't ship your order. They cannot ship wood internationally. From their shipping policy:

Orders outside of the USA:
I'm sorry, We are unable to ship woods out of the US.
If you would like to order other items please email me and
I will respond with a shipping quote.

Check and make sure they didn't refund your money already. If not, send them a message, they will get to you.

It's hard to ship different things out of the US to other countries sometimes. Shipping wood to Canada can be very difficult, sometimes shipping certain things out is impossible.

I have contacted the buyer...the package is on its way.
As far as shipping internationally, I have come to learn that there are certain countries that have NO restrictions concerning our products. Still very questionable about Canada, but the UK, HK and several others seem to be AOK with our wood products. Yippee! So, I'll be updating the website to reflect which countries I can ship to as soon as I get the a more substantial list and am looking forward to getting bombarded with international orders.
