had anyone ordered from this website before? if so how was the experience?

I ordered a Critter Nation a while ago because they had the cheapest price at the time. My first attempt was miserable. I forget what it was exactly but I think I ordered over the internet, there was no confirmation email. I called after it didn't come and they said they process orders manually then they said my cc was declined. I asked them to do it right there with me on the phone and they would take the info and call me back so I just got mad and said forget it. BTW they said an email was sent to me about the cc but no it wasn't. After a while I still couldn't find one cheaper despite my best efforts so I figured I'd try calling back hoping to get someone more competent on the phone which I did and that time it was fine. And yes she did run my card right then and there with no problem....

oh great I ordered my critter nation a week ago still no tracking number. I called and the guy said the same thing about the manufacturer ships them it will prob ship this week. what should I do?

I'm getting my chins feb 16 !!! so I wanted to set it up and I need a cage asap

Not sure if you could try calling Mid-West to check the status but couldn't hurt to try...btw when mine came the pans were cracked from the weight during shipping. Wasn't too big a deal since I had Bass pans....

You'll love the Bass pans! We just got ours yesterday and I was concerned after reading some threads about cracks, etc but they came BEAUTIFUL! I love them and I am sure yours and my chins will love them too!
