Paracord?

My brother is in town visiting and Scoops seems fairly fond of his paracord belt and bracelet he wears. Is paracord safe for chins?

It is nylon and has very long strands. I wouldn't risk it. There is some chance of the chin swallowing some and becoming impacted.
