I started doing it, and honestly the work outs are a bit much unless you have a lot of time on your hands. It usually adds up to almost 3 hours of workout at some points a day if you do it right, and I just do not have the time. So, we bended the rules and I only do a 1 hour workout at night, and the days that I have time I do my own cardio routine. We also didn't follow the meal plan. So, needless to say, I didn't see much results at all.
If you do it right, I'm sure it will work...who isn't going to get ripped when they're working out for almost 3 hours every day! :err:
