What the heck, I went up to Furby's cage and he always come up to the cage and sticks his nose through the bars and gives me whisker kisses. Today, he BIT me on the lip! owwwww What the heck is up with that, why is he being a jerk for no reason?

He probably didn't mean to hurt you, if that makes you feel better. Maybe your lips just tasted good? I've had that happen before and it really hurts. At the very least they don't do it all the time. Sorry he bit you.

Sometimes I think they are just not in the mood. I myself wouldn't get up in their face until I have spent about a minute petting/talking to them to gauge their mood. Sorry about your mishap

yeah, after i posted this i went over and he came up to me and let me scritch him while i told him that he was a jerk but could not go and study until him and i were cool. heh. he seemed to be a bit calmer. thanks guys
