Outrage over seeing eye dog charity

This is incredible! Talk about a poorly run business. These things can sometimes happen, but not all at once.

It makes me wonder where the money I hand to the people collecting "donations" outside of the grocery store really goes.

There as well as the corners of very busy intersections! I've actually asked the ones seeking donations outside of the grocery store for more detailed info before I donated. Telling them that while I didn't doubt them, I just wanted to know who the money was serving.
