On my way to NC, lost all my cloths!

My family is on our way to NC for a week. My brother had to stop for car trouble, and my dad pulled over as well. He took bags out of the trunk to find the car jack. He didn't put them back in. We returned to the spot after realizing we left our bags. Someone had taken our bags! It was a few hundred dollars worth of clothing. Including the duffle bag with ALL of my cloths! My dad stopped at Kohls on the way to the beach and replaced my cloths and sneakers.

I can't believe someone would be so dishonest to steal my duffle bag!

Well, at least I got new cloths out of it!

Did you try calling the local Sheriff's and highway patrol office? Someone might have reported them and a police officer picked them up.

My dad called, nobody had called them in Maybe on the way home we can check again.

Some people just think in terms of if they find it abandoned, then it's theirs. I hope you can find the bags, but you probably won't. It's strange that people can pick up someone's bags like that and think it's okay.

It was really weird. Lost some of my favorite shirts Ah well, it's all replaceable. Happy I didn't pack my gameboy in there!

It had my brand new sneakers and bathing suit in it. Actually just got some of the stuff yesterday.

Can't really be mad at my dad, it was an accident. He bought me $200 worth of cloths for the week and new shoes. Can't run around the beach without cloths!

My mom had her name on her bag. A stranger actually found our stuff and called my mom's phone number! Totally unexpected! An actual honest person found them! We will get them back on our way home And give the gentleman something for being so honest.
