Hello! My husband and I have wanted a chinchilla for 4 years and have finally decided to adopt one after lots and lots of searching. Years ago we bought the Marshall Small Animal Penthouse, we were building wooden shelves for it but our basement flooded and all the wood got wet and rotten. We had to toss out all the work that we had done! We recently decided we will buy shelves instead LOL. A breeder has a boy and a girl, they are 3-4 weeks old right now, but will be ready to take home in the middle of October. We will be meeting them soon to decide which one we fall in love with. I hope to learn even more here and I feel safe with such knowledgeable chin owners.
