Back in 07 I was diagnosed with 2 types of thyroid cancer, had 2 surgeries, and then was given radiation.....well
My doc called and said my thyroid uptake is low, so the cancer does not look as though it has returned or metastasized.
Sooo, I still have to wait to get the bloodwork, but he is saying I am "cured" at this point, and need my daily meds, but I wont have to do the scan for 3 years now
