Friends! The mother of a close friend of mine had enter her cake into The Next Great Baker Challenge. She deserves every chance she can get to win and every vote she can get. She makes amazing cakes and this is just one of them. She made my nieces ice cream frog cake for me this past summer and it was amazing.

This is the frog cake that she made for my niece's birthday last summer. It had ice cream on the inside. The icing on the top as textured.
