I love 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia and am new to CnH but was a member of CnQ and SO happy to see CnH up and running! Unfortunately I didn't realize it until after my baby chin (20 weeks)had an accident. She is housed in a Critter Nation cage and got her leg caught in a ladder. We are VERY fortunate to have an exotics vet that has chinnies of her own!!!! Our only option was ampuation as she had broken it in half at the ankle and had done a lot of damage to the skin. I was devastated!!! Eve made it through surgery, is doing GREAT and is gaining weight every day! I am so fortunate to have her and she is a tough little girl. It will be two weeks tomorrow. Eve is a beige, her best friend is Pearl and is a standard and is going on 8 years. I am SO happy to be back! Oh, and NO ramps in my cage anymore!!!!!!!

Glad she is doing better, and welcome back. That is the number one reason there should not be ramps in a cage IMO. Hope she has a full recovery :)

Welcome to CnH! I'm sorry to hear about your little girl, that is why everyone is such an advocate for getting rid of wire ramps.

Hi Christen! Glad to hear baby Eve is doing all right! Welcome to you and your gang from me and my gang!

Here are some pics, although not the greatest! I will get more soon:wink3:

Eve has the littlest ears ever! Thanks for sharing! There have been a lot of leg issues floating around here lately...
