New Cage

I am in the process of preparing Chip n Dale for a new much bigger cage. My question is "do I just move them right in" or "do I put the cage in the room for them to get used to"?

I always move them right into a new cage, rescues even. Mine never seem to have any problems.

unlike introducing a new chin, i dont see how jsut puting a cage in the room for them to look at would be of any help. I Personaly dont see a major problem in changeing cages at one shot. As long as your not trading massivly down, i doubt theyll mind to much.

However if your uncomfortable with the idea, or think their might be issues with your personal situation, i guess you could try letting them out to play in it for a short time every day and then takeing them back to their current cage to help get used to it. Let them become accustomed to it over time. But generaly, i wouldnt see a problem.
