So some of you know i was posting here a while back asking about a cage. Well i recieved them a while back and made them up. And ever since slowly but surely i have been adding stuff to it. The cage is MASSIVE lol.

The cage consists of:

Loads of shelves
Hidey box
Nesting box
Bridge
Swing
Ramp
Hay box
Chiller stone
Hammock
Fleece tube

Think thats it!

Have pictures of it being put together, kinda bit by bit:

Toys i made:

The picture of the mama and baby is awsome. He's like in the back leaning on her, its adorable. Nice cage too!

Very nice! I would add a few more shelves (even just leap n' ledges) in the open space in the top of the cage, though, to prevent any mishaps.

Your chins look like they have the works! Lucky little buggers; I'm sure you've made them very happy. :)

Love the cage! You did an awesome job!

Your chinny is super super cute too!

I love how you have the one wooden box apart of the shelves and connected to the side of the cage. You have some beautiful and spoiled chins there! Good job!!

Nice work! Although I feel I would be wrong not to warn you about the use of screws in any wood product inside the cage. So, here it is...please please please make sure to watch the wood around the screws and any other metal that is in the wood (L brackets, etc) and don't let them chew too close to them. Metal and teeth, do not mix well.

Wow! It looks great. I would love to know how you made the suspension bridge.

awesome cage! what lucky and beautiful chins too!

Thanks a million.

I love that picture and i'm happy with some other pics i got of them, nice to have.

I wish I was your chins! That cage has more room in it than my first apartment did! and those chinny babes are cute as buttons!

Lol at the comparasion to your first flat! I knew i wanted to do a bigger cage when i got my 1st two, just took time to think, source and do. They seem to be happier now as their other cage was small compared to one they are in now.

Thanks for the input on the leap and ledges, was thinking that myself, wanted to give it a few days to see how they got on and if they needed more hammocks etc but thanks for bringing it to my attention

Thank you!

There is actually two wooden boxs are part of the shelves, up top is the full box and down the bottom is a box but they can fully run through it and down a ramp also! My mam gave me that idea, looks good i must say. Thanks :D

All comments welcome, and thanks! I'm aware alright about the screws/L brackets etc from what i had read on here. But in a way it was unavoidable the boxs and shelves just weren't secure enough without them. Maybe i was being over secure but wouldn't like for one of the shelves to fall and hit one of them :( Will keep a close eye on them though!

Wow! It looks great. I would love to know how you made the suspension bridge.

I will PM you there and anyone else that wants to know :)

Here here!
Looks wonderful though, even if you may not share your secrets...

Hehe ask away if any of ye wanna know anything, i knew i should have done step by step photos. Darn!
