Neosporin?

I noticed a cut on Diesel's toe last night. Doesn't seem to be a big deal, but it was bleeding. Looks kind of like a skinned knee would on a kid. I am just wondering if Neosporin is alright to put on it? If not, then what should I use?

i wouldnt use neosporin, they can ingest it. if you have blukote, i would apply with a qtip or if not maybe just a saline solution. or just a damp cloth and leave it be.

when pudge's foot had a small cut on it, we soaked it in Epsom salt and then applied a very very thin layer of neosporin. We made sure to rub it in as much as possible to avoid ingestion and then kept an eye on her for a few hours.

You can put Neosporin on it, if you rub it in good they can't lick it off. You can also use Blue kote or wound kote.

If you do use Neosporin, make sure it's plain and not the +pain kind.
