Hi my names Brittney, I have 2 chins but I don't know much about them still. I have a gray and beige chin my gray one is the girl and she's about 6 months older than my beige male. Lately my girl has been laying in home on her side not really active. Usually she's always up and playing or running on her wheel(which she won't do anymore). I've also notice she's gotten a little more aggressive towards him. She always protects her food now and barely rolls around in a dust bath. She's always been a little chunky and I don't know if she's really gaining more. I don't know if she's pregnant or just unhappy? Help please?!

If she is in with a male and has been there is a good chance that she is. A chin is pregnant for 111 days and it can be hard to tell on most until the last month or so. You may notice a tight feeling to her belly or elongated nipples. You are going to want to make sure that she is in a baby safe cage with 1/2" bar spacing and you are also going to want to remove the male in order to avoid a breedback which is very hard on a female.

Good advice above, but if you're going to breed chins, then you need to know more about them, please considering separating them until you've done more research and ensure they are breeding quality.
