need a hidey house

I am a new chin owner to an 8 week old. I am looking to get him a hidey house which would be the best for him?

My boy loves Timothy Tunnel from Oxbow. I guess everyone loves something they live in to be edible lol I also have a fleece house from thefuzzdepot for him but he only uses it when he is really tired from playtime. If I can go back in time I probably buy wood hidey house instead though since he can chew on them.

I would get a fleece tube or house. Mine only use their wooden houses to chew on. And the timothy tunnel was gone in about 2 days here...lol.

Simply Chintastic makes very nice houses as well, but I will warn you, I have been waiting for a Chinchilla Manor for two months now, and I am sure it will be at least another month before I get it

You can also try a fish bowel. I got the idea from someone on here and my 2 newest little ones love them.

I need to get a huge one for a pair of my girls because they just enjoy tipping over their wooden hidey house and sleeping in it upside down

Mine hardly even use the wood hidey house I have for them. It's more just a jumping/landing perch than anything.

Everyone here loves their wooden hidey houses as well. I have one from when I got my first boy and it's from petsmart, but it does just fine and he sleeps in it daily. Another one I ordered from qualitymutationchinchillas.com and it is beautiful It's big and has three entrances. My trio all try to squeeze in it but one usually ends up sitting on top while the other two are inside haha. It's a nice one though.
