Trouble....
As a few of you (mainly Laurie) knew, I went to NC with Keith and his family this past week. We went down Tuesday and came back today. And let me tell you, it was absolutely breathtaking! I'm so ready to go back and beyond ready to move down there. Here's a ton of photos and a few videos. We took 6 guns down with us just for the heck of it to shoot off. Two .22 rifles, 1 shotgun, a .380, a .9 mil, and some sorta revolver that took .22 bullets. So quite a few of the photos and 2 of the videos are of shooting.
Wednesday was just Keith, his dad, and I since we went down Tuesday night to set up for everyone else coming down (his step-mom, sister, her two kids, and MIL and SIL) because we had furniture that needed to be put together and stuff like that. Well, once we finished that, we decided to play with the guns and had a blast. Apparently, though, we caused a bit of a stir on the quiet mountainside and had helicopters circling to make sure we weren't doing anything "wrong". Lol it was interesting! They didn't come back the rest of the weekend though, so I guess they figured we were safe.
Friday, we all (us ladies that is) decided to color our hair, and we all went with shades of red... Haha I don't have any pics of my new hair right now, but I'll get some once Celeste or Candi uploads their pics. We went out to dinner Friday night at a place called Shatley Springs and it was great. They serve from a menu or "family style" which means you get Southern style ham, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, green beans, pinto beans, baked apples, cole slaw, and cabbage, plus two types of gravy brought out as much as you want plus biscuits and cornbread, and then dessert. Delicious! Laurie, I promise we have a few pics, but Candi hasn't uploaded her set yet!
Anyway, here's a ton of the pics I took from the trip, and as Celeste and Candi upload their photos, I'll share them!

Oh! And we were in Lansing, NC. Keith and I have every intention of going back down in October to see what it's like when all the leaves are changed for fall.
