Help my chin is losing fur, At first I thought it was just malting. but now Im concerned. She's only a few months old. Her mother pulls out her hair sometimes, and her mother also pulls out the fathers hair. Is she going through something? Or is my baby, the one whos losing all its hair, going through something?

Is the family intact? Mom, Dad and baby living together? Sounds like you have a chewer, most likely the mom.
I'm not sure what malting is, but I agree with Dawn - someone is fur chewing, most likely the mom. Separate dad and if the kit as well. Some moms don't do well with breeding and start to chew. If they are chewing, they should never be bred again.
I hope dad isn't in with mom and the kit, especially if the kit is a couple months old. Kits can and have been bred by their fathers, even at only 2 months of age.
