Hi all, let me introduce myself...

I'm George Ziras living in Greece - Athens and I'm a very happy Chin owner!

At the beggining didn't know much for them but I' starting to read forums in order to understand some things for these beautiful creatures :)

So I have a female Chin which has Bumblefoot and recently I ordered from USA a Blu-Kote spray.. I don't have receive it yet in order to use it and see the results but I would like to ask you if I have to use some other medical.

Here is pic's of her legs:

Also her ears seems to be dirty maybe because I gave her a bath a lot of times. So I reduce her bath to 1 time per day after her playintime. Maybe need to reduce it to 2-3 times per week?

Here's a pic of her ear:

Finally another aspect is her fur from the middle and up to her head is good but from the opposite side is very bad, seems to have rings.

Here's a pic:

Any opinions and suggestions would be very greatful!

Thanks in advance, Ziras George

There's no bumblefoot. Your chinchilla's feet are just fine!

I would reduce the dusting to about twice a weak. Some of the other members have remedies for dry ears which seems to be the problem with your chinchilla's ears.

I'm not sure what the problem is with the fur? It looks like it's just fur slip.

I agree, the feet don't look that bad really, I think they're just a tad dry. That's from giving the dust bath too much. 2-3 times a week is all you should be giving it. Every day is too often and will do what you see with your chin's feet and ears.

If you can get bag balm or even Vitamin E capsules you can use those on the ears and feet to moisturize them. For the vitamin E capsules you just poke a hole in one with a pin and squeeze it out and then rub it into the dry parts.

Yes it has that bad habbit and I'm trying to get her attention using wooden toys and nice environment. Can I do something else?

You said that her legs don't have bumblefoot but maybe have callus?

I will take care her ears soon...

Again I would like to thank you all for your posts :)

Most chinchillas have that callous on their feet. And yeah, you were letting her dust too much. But now you know! :))
