Ok, at first I thought it was so cute. Now i'm a little freaked out. Is it normal for them to be winking? I'm worrying that its because of the dust. We use the dust we got from pet store and if I remember it correctly it is Kaylee. I'm planning on changing to blue cloud after i'm done with this box. But if its cause my chin's eyes irritation I would definitely change right now. Please help!

Not sure if the dust is bothering him/her, but my chin does wink on occasion. Any other symptoms? Always the same eye? How often are you giving a bath? I give Idgie a bath 2-3 times a week. She does blink a bit afterwards, but it is usually both eyes.

Unless the eye is watery or irratated looking I wouldn't think the dust is a problem, like Idgie asked, is it always the same eye? If not, then I would say its perfectly normal, my chins wink on occasion, and tend to blink a little more than usual after a dust bath.

How often does he/she wink? If it's only every once in a while, I wouldn't worry, it can be perfectly normal behavior.

If the eye is irritated, you will tend to see watering, and redness around the eye, as well as matting of the fur around the eye. If it's only one eye, keep close watch on it for a while, just to be sure nothing's wrong. *Kaytee is the brand of dust you have, which is a brand often known to cause irritation, because it's very grainy compared to blue cloud. How much do you have left? I'd reccomend switching over right away, before any possible problems do develop.

It happens to his both eyes. I guess he is normal since they're not watery nor red. Its not that often but not occasional either. But not after he take a bath so maybe its not because of the dust. I gave him a bath only 2-3 times a week but he loves it so much that I have to keep the box away from him. I will try to change to blue cloud as soon as possible. There are no place here selling that so I have to order online.

Thanks for everyones help!
