Lately I've been in the project mode and is venturing off to making my own ledges along with different hid away houses for my chins vs buying.
I already know that I should use unprocessed pine. What do people use to hold the hide away houses? Just standard nails? I thought about wood glue but then I didn't think that would be safe. Any helpful hints and suggestions are welcome. Hopefully with the A+ from shop class would kick in after all these years :neener:

For houses, try wood dowels and glue. No nails. You want Kiln Dried Pine. There should be some threads on here for both shelf making and house making. Both are very easy to do.

I saw Allison's post on the shelf hehehe.
So just regular wood glue is good than? Thanks. It's going to be my weekend project hehehe.
