My chinny runs on her wheel. And runs. And runs. She will take a nap here and there but she is running a whole lot. Is this normal? Does this mean that she is not getting enough exercise or something? Am I looking too much into this?

from my research, young chins shouldn't be exercising too much, as it interferes with their growth (more energy expended means less energy reserved for growing/filling out).

it may seem mean, but i'd remove her wheel for now.

Well, I am glad I asked. I thought it was "She's young. Has a lot of energy..." but I wanted to check anyway. I can honestly say I am suprised.
I would like to say though that the pet store said a couple of months old. I have seen the pictures of YOUNG chinnys and they are real small and delicate looking but I don't know how old these are? And then all the others no matter the age all have the same look roughly. This is how she looks so this does correlate with her being a couple months old, yes?

unless the pet store got her directly from a breeder or were supplied with her birth date, they most likely had no idea of her actual age. i wouldn't put faith in pet store employees knowing too much about the animals they sell.

what is her weight? that might give us a little bit of a clue as to her age, but it won't be super accurate. from my reading, chins are weaned at about 8 weeks, so if you got her at the supposed '2 months old' then she'd still be pretty small.

I don't have a gram scale but I just took her and put her on the scale in lbs. It was right at a pound. Which is like 453.6 grams roughly, yes?
