Great movie! Both Gerard Butler and Jamie Foxx did a great job in this movie, but I was also thrilled to see Bruce McGill in a large supporting role as well as Leslie Bibb. Both of them being part of Jamie's "team" The premise of the movie is Jamie Foxx as a young lawyer not wanting to ruin his conviction rate of 96% cuts a deal with one of the men who rape and kill Gerard's wife and young daughter during a home invasion. Gerard spends 10 years quietly plotting his revenge and it's very well thought out! The things he manages to do while in prison are amazing. I hadn't gotten out to The Naked Truth and Rock n Rolla didn't play here, so I was SO happy to finally get a chance to see Gerard on the big screen! And yes he still has his 300 6 pack!

i rented this tonight to watch laurie! i have been really digging the roles that gerard butler has been playing. really displaying his acting chops!

Haha Keith and I watched this the other night. It was definitely a good movie, we've got Gamer to watch, too. Big thumbs up on this one. Definitely a great thought out plot.

We just watched this last night, and it was great. The cell phone scene with the judge was so unsuspecting, I nearly jumped off the couch when it happened...lol.

i saw it the other night also! excellant movie. of course i read the comment about the ending before i watched.....so i knew.

and ann........i agree! i DID jump. very good flick. worth the watch.
