I don't know if anyone else has used this company before. I've been trying to place an order with them for two weeks and NO ONE answers their phone, no one answers email and no one returns my calls. I don't know what to think.

Is there something that I don't know? Their website doesn't give any information about them being shut down or on vacation. I have tried calling at different times in the day and nothing, I've let multiple messages and NOTHING.

Their phone is obviously still in service because I get their system when I call and their website is still up. Maybe my order isn't that important or something, but they could at least respond. I don't get it... Surely they aren't looking at caller ID and not picking up just for me! LOL (Or are they?)

I don't know why they aren't returning calls, but they are a well known and well respected company in the So Cal area. They often do displays at events and work closely with some of the larger small animal groups (like rabbits and cavies).

I've been trying to call for 2 weeks and no one answers. I've left messages and no one calls me back... Before I used to call and someone would answer and I could place an order. That's why I am so confused! I've been ordering things from them for maybe six or seven years. Maybe I am very insignificant, but come on, send me a quick email...

This is a well known company...so why don't they have someone answering their phone? Also, why would you make a customer wait for so long for just a quick call back? I understand that people nowadays do not even listen to voice mail, that's why I keep calling.

I use them a lot. I've placed 3 calls with them and no return calls. I even hit the "o" button to bypass the message and it's just a recording.

I hope they didn't go out of business.

It has always been really hard to get hold of them by phone. They are still in business, friends went and shopped at the warehouse store on Monday.

So it isn't just me. I guess that's good...LOL I guess I can stop calling again. My last message I told them that if I can't place an order with them, I am going to have to find another place to order things.

They have a shopping cart on their site now, but I am a little scared to use it and I have questions.

I wonder what is going on. If they would put something in their message about being on vacation or having the building fumigated or whatever is going on, then their customers would know when to call back. All they're going to come back to is a answering machine full of angry messages...multiple messages from their customers...and possibly threats to take business elsewhere?
