Hey everyone, I'm kind of sad today. My husband and I have been looking at an awesome house in a really great location for about a month and a half. It needs some work done on the inside so we were trying to negotiate a better price. The whole time we were looking at it there were no other offers on the house. We went today for another walk through and signed an offer. Well the real estate agent told us that he had another agent who is moving from another city coming to look at the house and that he was bringing his own offer. He just called and told us the other agent made a better offer, and gave us a chance to counter-offer. He will call soon to let us know what happens. I'm sad now because we offered as high as we can go, and what real estate agent can't afford to offer more? Boy this sucks, the kids were really hoping the deal would go through, because then we'd have a nice yard for a dog. I'm gonna be praying like mad for the next few hours, but I'm not holding my breath.:tissue::tissue::tissue::tissue:
