Kiln Dried Pine

I want to make some new toys for the chinnies soon (when i can cut the apple tree back) and i have been searching for some Kiln Dried pine that i can cut up and colour with some food dye, the problem is i cant seem to find any anywhere.

Just wondering if anyone knows where i cant get the wood from in the UK.
