I heart Leonard
I had originally planned on spending the anniversary of Lisa's death with Sandi--she knew I would need a friend and planned on coming up that day to hang with me. As the day drew near I knew I was not going to want to go out and about. Honestly I wanted to do nothing but lay around in my pajamas. Sandi is very allergic to cats and I have two beasts so I didn't want her to be miserable, even though she was willing to do it for me. So we just left it at I would call her if I needed her. She told me she had a special package on it's way to me.
Well what a fiasco we went through to get it to me though lol! They couldn't deliver it as she didn't know my apartment number and no one at the new place knew my first name! So finally after a few days the package came.
It was the same box size as an IPhone! At first I was like OMG she did not buy me that piece of crap! Then I looked at the box and went, hmmm too small for a box of chocolate covered cherries. So I opened it wondering, really, what it could be.
It's the most beautiful crystal weight I've ever seen. The pictures really do not do it justice, but, of course, I just had to take pics of it.
While it is often the thought that counts, it's also the words that matter. Words heal, friendships heal just as love heals
I wish you could see the details of the angels! Totally 3-D and really amazing!
I placed this in the livingroom near Lisa's "things" and next too my Friends give us memories and moments to treasure knick knack and the picture I have of all of us girls as a family
Don't ever let the opportunity to tell someone you love pass by!
I love you too, Sandilicious!
AND all my great friends here on CnH
