Is this bedding safe?

I went to a feed store and asked for kiln dried pine shavings and this is what they gave me. I want to make sure that I can use this as bedding for my chinchillas.

Unless the bag says kiln dried pine on it I would not use it. No telling what other kind of wood could be the byproduct.

i would agree with cat, it's just scraps of diffrent woods, some that might be dangerous to the chin

Yeah that's what I was thinking but wasn't sure as I hadn't seen this/used this brand before..
