Is rattan safe for chins?

This store sells a lot of bulk toy supplies and I'm wondering if anyone knows whether rattan is safe for chins?

Yes, they are fine. Some sites call them willow balls, vine balls, or rattan balls. It just depends on the site. They are all the same thing.
