I currently have 2 chinchillas... Chilla and Cheerio, I have had them 5 weeks now
Although, I am abit worried... As Chilla is always eager to get out of the cage and isn't scared, but Cheerio sits ontop of her bed in the corner asleep constantly and doesn't come to us or come out of the cage, is this normal or is there something wrong with her? Before we got them and still now, Chilla is very protective over Cheerio.. She always gives her kisses, checks she's okay or cleans her sometimes and was always with her everywhere she went around the cage and squashes up to her when she's asleep...so she's never really been alone until recently, could this be part of it? Or will she just take longer to tame and trust us?:hmm:
